Welcome new LMH Health employee!
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
As a new LMH Health employee you can order one t-shirt here for free. (The website shows the cost as $1 per shirt. You will not have to pay this.)
INSTRUCTIONS: Please only order one shirt. All orders will be verified with LMH before production begins.
Shirts will be imprinted with the LMH Health logo. Place order online. Any changes to your order must be received by Snap Promotions by the quarterly order deadline. After that, all orders are final.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Orders are processed once per quarter and delivered to the Gift Shop for distribution near the end of the following month. For example, orders placed in October-December are processed the first of January and delivered to the Gift Shop in late January. You will receive an email from the Gift Shop with instructions to retrieve your order.
RETURNS: Items can be returned if they are damaged and will be replaced with the same item and size. We encourage you to check size charts before ordering.
TERMS OF USE: Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Colors and specs can vary and are not guaranteed to match photos and descriptions on site. Sizing charts are available. Links provided in product descriptions. Decorated items cannot be returned.
